A gas pipe wonder from the 70s bike boom. Cheap huret gears and 27 inch steel rims did it no justice, nor did the solid plastic saddle. The compliant frame made for a comfortable ride but didn’t like climbing hills. It worked better when I converted it to single speed with an 18 tooth BMX freewheel and aluminium wheelset that I had knocking around; the horizontal dropouts made that easy. I commuted 13-miles with that set up for a year or so.
At 23″ the frame was slightly too big for me and I swapped it for a beer and a curry one evening.
